Advanced
You are in this group if you were doing CrossFit for at least a year before you got pregnant and do all or most workouts as prescribed.

Advanced

You are in this group if you were doing CrossFit for at least a year before you got pregnant and do all or most workouts as prescribed.


Intermediate

You are in this group if you were doing CrossFit for at least 6 months before you got pregnant and do all or most workouts with scaled weight.



Beginner 

You are in this group if you are just starting CrossFit after becoming pregnant, or recently started CrossFit and then became pregnant, and do all or most workouts with little to no weight and scaled rounds and or repetitions.

 
 

Important

CrossFit is a strength and intensity based fitness program.

However, during pregnancy you want to concentrate on strength and keeping your body healthy, rather than the intensity.
