Advanced

You are in this group if you were already doing CrossFit before you got pregnant, or did it throughout your pregnancy and are now post-partum.  

Intermediate

You are in this group if you were doing some form of regular exercise before you got pregnant, or exercised throughout your pregnancy and want to start CrossFit post-partum.

Beginner 

You are in this group if you are just starting CrossFit after becoming pregnant, or are newly post-partum.

 
 

Important

CrossFit is a strength and intensity based fitness program.

However, during pregnancy you want to concentrate on strength and keeping your body healthy, rather than the intensity.
