I just found out we are pregnant with baby number 6. This will by my first CrossFit baby and I am so thrilled for the baby and to have found CrossFit 5 months ago, but I am not thrilled about being pregnant or my delivery. I have been unfortunate to have to have c-sections for my births and my last pregnancy and c-section were pretty rough. (Nothing risky, just getting older, I think.)
PLEASE tell me that this will be my best pregnancy because of CrossFit!
(I have no intentions of stopping while pregnant.) I've always been in fairly good shape, but believe that CF has made me so much stronger and fit. I'm praying that this will be a positive factor in my pregnancy and delivery. Anybody out there have a comparison of non-CF pregnancy to a CF pregnancy. Would LOVE some encouragement right now. I hate that my first thoughts of this sweet little blessing are thoughts of dread for the pregnancy and delivery.
