Hi everyone!

I've been crossfitting for almost 2 years now- lost over 40lbs but I'm definitely not super strong/fast. Now I'm 18 weeks pregnant (due september 30th!!) and trying to keep working out but I've definitely found it hard. I barely did anything through my first trimester as I was just so TIRED!! I work two jobs so it's a struggle to workout right now, too but I'm doing alright... I've done 3 this week which is the most I've done all at once for quite a while. I'm quitting the second job soon though so hopefully things will get better!

I should also mention that I'm a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and I have a garage gym although I've only trained myself and family... And of course nobody pregnant so this is all new to me! I hope I can find some tips, tricks, & motivation on this forum!

Please introduce yourself :)

Hello, glad to see you on the board!

I've been CFing for five years now, with a little break last year while I recovered from a slipped disc. I'm now 28 weeks and still going four days a week, though I'm scaling a lot and not rowing anymore (it was squishing my ligaments and doing weird things). I found my energy really picked up after around week 16, so hopefully you'll be in good shape from here on out (until you get big). Right now I'm loving the extra flexibility that the relaxin is giving me. My squats look awesome! I'll enjoy it while it lasts, since I have crazy tight hips and pelvis.

Good luck getting back into the swing of things! I hope your second job ends soon so you can start enjoying things.

Thanks! I kind of forgot about this form so sorry for such a late reply :P I've been doing a bit better lately and now I'm down to one job so things are looking up!
