This is your body telling you to stop those movements. Not a big deal, you just need to sub a different exercise, and keep moving. :D

I've struggled with running since about 26 weeks, too. Andrea is the expert, but I can back it up anecdotally and tell you that on the days I ignored my body I would continue having BH all day long. It sucks to walk, but it's better than sitting on the couch eating Fritos.
