Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself- My name is Julie and I have been crossfitting for almost 2 years now. I am expecting twins in June (2nd pregnancy) and am still doing crossfit. This site has been great for me to look up appropriate modifications etc. Thanks!

Welcome Julie - I have 2 YO twins and a 3 1/2 YO.

I was CF-ing upto week 30 with my twins until I had to go on bed rest, managed to keep them in and cooking until week 37 and I thank CF for my quick labour!

Now with them nearly 2 I am competing in the CF Games Opens this month, so very grateful to CF Belltown and this site for all of the guidance after my first pregnancy and through my twin pregnancy and recovery.
