I just wanted to write a brief thank you to all of you preggo crossfit women on here. There are days that workouts are tough for me and I don't want to do them. There are days where I'm so frustrated that my body can't go as hard as my mind wants to. And some days where I feel so huge it's difficult for me to accept my body changing and weight gain when I"m working out so hard. And of course some glorious days where I feel great and I KILL a WOD!! I know no matter what kind of day I have with my love/hate relationship with Crossfit, there's other women out there who feel the same as me. And you women are so positive and encouraging as well. Other pregnant forums I've read from various site are often negative and full of winers. So I appreciate you all so much! That's why we're a crossfit family and elite athletes!!!!!

You couldn't say it better. When it comes to exercising, I don't even bother asking my "regular" friends about questions and concerns. I go straight to here. Everyone is welcoming and often times, these ladies put my mind at ease knowing that I'm not going through it alone. This site has offered me more support than I can ever imagine

It's been a while since I've visited this site. Now my baby girl is 4months old and doing pushups and pullups at the gym. Just kidding but she does come with me to the box almost every day!
But yeah, this community was a life saver during my pregnancy...especially during my 2 extra weeks of pregnancy! Thanks again ladies
