Hi Andrea

I'm wondering what is the best ab-workout after giving birth.. I just had twins 2 weeks ago and my belly is almost as it was but the skin is still so slappy. I can almost see the muscles I had before getting pregnant :)

I would really like you to give me some advice :)

ps. I've been doing CF the whole pregnancy (except the last 3 weeks as my doctor recommended me to take it easy).

That long?! Pretty darn good for twins! :D It all depends on your body. Toes to bar, knees to elbows, planks and push ups are great ab work. So are overhead squats but I wouldn't use weight yet.
