Hi Andrea
I'm wondering about DU, I'm now 14 weeks with twins. I'm used to do DU in all my WODs and I don't get really tired when doing it. Should I be careful about doing it like with the box jumps because of the relaxing hormone?

Normally, I would say to go ahead and do them until it becomes uncomfortable, while watching the intensity, but twins is a totally different situation. Pregnancies with multiples are a little more delicate, and I cannot comfortably advise you to continue. I would just sub step ups from now on. I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but safety is the priority here. :D
