I am super excited to have found this forum and see all the other motivated mommas out there
I have been crossfitting 3 x week for a little over a year and am now 9 weeks pregnant with #2. I am feeling really good during my workouts and taking it easy as much as I know how to, but am feeling really sore afterward. For example, we did the "filthy fifty" two days ago and I can barely go up and down the stairs :-/. So, I am wondering, if I am overdoing it, or if this is a product of extra hormones surging through my body. Any reccomendations or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
