Hi Everyone,
I'm 6 weeks pregnant and want to continue my crossfit and High Intensity Interval Training Workouts. Is it on to do sprints and all the high impact cardio moves of crossfit?

You actually need to back off the intensity while you are pregnant. If the intensity is too high, your baby doesn't get enough oxygen. Some sprinting should be fine, as long as you rest enough between attempts.
