Hello Ladies!
I had been doing Crossfit prior to becoming pregnant for 6-8 months (I
love it!!!). At the beginning of my pregnancy I was told not to do
anything but walk and stretch...so now I'm 12 weeks 3 days and yesterday I
started back at Crossfit ( my doctor cleared me Monday to do what I
want yay!)
This is my first pregnancy and my husband and I are very excited!

My goal is to keep doing Crossfit throughout the entire pregnancy! I also do yoga and I get a Myofacial Release massage every other week (if you have never had one you it is worth checking out!!!)
