Very happy to have found this forum! It's nice to know that many have gone before me with CF/pregnancy and made it work. Although I'm nine weeks pregnant I feel more or less the same as I did before I was pregnant - no morning sickness, no fatigue (no more than usual) - which makes it difficult to remember to scale my workouts.

Does anyone have any experience with sprints while pregnant? Most literature advises against it as it causes your heart rate to spike. I'm planning to scale today's WOD (5 x 100m sprints) to 400 metre runs at medium pace, or maybe move to the rower.

Intensity is your enemy during pregnancy. You have to be able to carry on a conversation during your WOD, in order to make sure you are in the safe zone. If it's sprints, turn it into runs or rows. No problem. :D
